Wedding Day-Of Details

SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION

We have arranged for shuttle transportation doing rounders on wedding day between Winston-Salem Marriott and The Graylyn Estate.

Pick up & Return: Winston-Salem Marriott, 425 N Cherry St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101

Pick ups begin at 3:15 PM and will conclude at 3:55 PM. Head down to the hotel entrance when you’re ready to go. If you do not see the driver/vehicle, they are most likely on the way back from the last rounder! If you need help, please text our planner, Megan Hardy | +1 (336) 374-0498

At the end of the night, shuttle pick ups begin at 11:00 PM and will conclude at 12:00 AM.

SCHEDULE & PARKING

Wedding day begins with the Baraat at 4:00 PM. Please arrive on time and settle in! If you plan to drive, parking is free and just to right of the Manor House.

WEATHER & ATTIRE

Summers in North Carolina can be hot and slightly humid. Our wedding is fully outdoors and some areas will be on grass. Ladies, be mindful when choosing your heels, or feel free to bring an extra pair of flats! Men, feel free to bring an extra shirt if you want. We want everyone to look & feel their best.

A kind reminder: please refrain from wearing red, ivory & white as they are the bride’s colors.
